For years, I have stayed around the weight area of 128-132. I have never felt good about it and knew I would be happier if I could slim down. I have had the same goal for about three years and have never hit it. That all changes now. I have a strategy and a goal, and I will succeed.
I will be using this blog as my own personal way to keep my progress, track my workouts and nutrition, but please feel free to cheer me on!

The Plan: Many small meals throughout the day, fat BLASTING, and the advice of a trainer
The WHY: To be happy in my own skin, to have more energy, and to make a lifestyle change FOR GOOD!

Hips- 35.5 in.
Chest- 36 in. (This probably wont change :) They’re silicone haha)
Upper Arm- 10.5 in. (Right and left)
Thigh- 22 in. (Right and left)

This is what ZERO percent body fat looks like! Lizzie Velasquez has to eat about 8,000 calories to survive because she was born at 2 pounds and has neonatal progeroid syndrome. She wears a triple zero, is 21, blinde in one eye, and ages faster than normal. I’m amazed.
